打开Visual Studio时总提示未能加载“Visual Studio Common IDE Package”包？点击“是”却无效？以下是解决方案：

打开Win10开始菜单，选择“排序”。

打开“Developer Command Prompt for VS 2019”。

在命令提示符中输入以下命令：

输入devenv /resetuserdata，在输入前确保Visual Studio没有后台进程。

等待1-2分钟。

然后输入devenv /resetsettings。

等待完成后，Visual Studio会自动关闭。

退出后，回到桌面，正常打开Visual Studio即可。

这样操作后，问题应该会得到解决。
